Spreading Love and Hope: Angel Bags Partners with Apostle Faith Church of Jesus Inc.

On November 23rd, Angel Bags had the privilege of partnering with Apostle Faith Church of Jesus Inc. for a heartfelt Love Feeding event. This special day was dedicated to serving the homeless in our community, providing them with not only necessities but also love, hope, and a sense of belonging. We are overjoyed to share the impact of this incredible partnership.

Giving Without Limits

At the Love Feeding, we distributed Angel Bags filled with essentials like socks, snacks, crackers, candy, water, $5 cash, and personalized note cards containing a scripture from the Bible and the Lord’s Prayer. Alongside these, we offered home-cooked meals, clothing, shoes, toys, and more—anything that could make a difference in someone’s life. Every homeless person who arrived, whether by foot or bike, left with their arms full and hearts overflowing. Many departed with smiles brighter than the sun, and some with tears of gratitude streaming down their faces.

Faith in Action

Pastor Jones, the dedicated leader of Apostle Faith Church of Jesus Inc., prayed over every individual who stopped by. His words of faith and encouragement resonated deeply, emphasizing that this mission was about feeding not just the body but the soul. Pastor Jones and his wife have taken on the tremendous task of revitalizing the church, bringing both spiritual nourishment and tangible aid to the community. Their commitment to spreading God’s love is awe-inspiring, and we are blessed to work alongside them.

A Community United in Love

Pastor Lously and his wife played an integral role, evangelizing in the surrounding neighborhoods to spread the message of Jesus Christ and invite those in need to the church for food and supplies. Inspired by Isaiah 58:7, which calls us to share with the hungry and provide shelter to the homeless, our mission extended beyond just meeting physical needs—it was about embodying the love of Jesus Christ. His message of compassion, not limited to any demographic, guided us to serve everyone in need without reservation.

A Growing Mission

The event was hosted at the newly revitalized church, located at 2241 NW 49th St, Miami, FL 33142. Pastor Jones delivers his Sunday sermons at 11 AM, and we encourage anyone seeking spiritual guidance or community to join. Despite the small size of the church and its ongoing renovations, the faith and love within its walls extend far beyond, touching lives throughout the neighborhood. We are already in talks to host another Love Feeding in the next two months and are exploring opportunities to expand our reach to Fort Lauderdale to deliver more Angel Bags.

A Thanksgiving to Remember

This Thanksgiving, my family and I will deliver home-cooked meals to those who might otherwise go without. Everyone deserves to enjoy turkey and the warmth of the holiday season, and we are committed to making this a reality for as many as possible.
